Sucks never live out there
Ratchet!! Place to live. The park has kids running around busting out windows in trailers with rocks. Parents don't do anything ,nor does the office. Who's ever in charge does nothing about enforcing rules in this park. The only thing they care about is their rent money. Pest outside and inside are out of control!!!! If you move here you will regret it!!!
I would give this place NO stars. The people who work here are extremely RUDE!! I "rented" a trailer that was supposed to be ready 2 weeks later. The next day I learned I would be unable to move in. I was informed there was no refunds. I should have taken them to court. They also wanted me to have the electricity turned on so they could do the work on the trailer, with NO compensation for what they used in electricity.
A unfair place.
Most of it from what I saw was clean. A lot of the homes looked nice.
